What I've been listening to

Music is such a fantastic way to deal with stuff, am I right? When I'm feeling confused or lonely or worried about anything, praise and worship music is the best way ever to cheer up and remember that God's got this! :)

Here are some of my recent favourites.

This is Stars Go Dim with 'You Are Loved' - this has to be one of my all time favourites! I heard it first on the Christian radio station I listen to when I'm driving.

I only heard this song semi recently when a friend sent me the link to the music. (Thanks, Laura!) It is such a beautiful song and always reminds me what the most important thing in life is - God. Life isn't about me! It's a great "I put this thing I'm worrying about into God's hands" song. I know you will be blessed through hearing it.

This next song is all about moving on from the past and finding peace in new beginnings through Christ. I love some of the lyrics in this one. It's a great reminder that our past is history and doesn't define us now!

And this last one is so beautiful. Have you heard Andre Rieu before? We had the privilege of seeing him live in concert some years back when he came to New Zealand with his orchestra. He is amazing. Here he is with 'The Music of the Night', a hauntingly beautiful song from 'Phantom of the Opera' (which I have never actually seen :P - I know this song though).

Thanks for all your questions on my Ask Me Anything post. I'll be posting it as my next post because I'm still working on it.
And that's all for now! What have you been listening to?
